If you do not like an item or it does not fit, please return it to us for a full refund or replacement.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. They must be in their original packaging and in original, as-sold condition (ie not soiled or obviously worn) with swing tags still attached.
Faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and will have to be inspected by us before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us – once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a free repair, replacement, exchange or refund.
When you return an item to us, please fill in the returns form enclosed with the delivery and send to the address provided. We would suggest that you keep a note of your order number in case you need to contact us regarding your return. You should use a recorded delivery service as we will be unable to process the return without proof of delivery.
